Booking and Cancellation Policy
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. Prices quoted are subject to change at any time until full payment is received and we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions. Prices are per person unless otherwise stated.
Method of payment - credit card transactions, electronic transfer and payment by cheque:
Prices are valid for payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Cheques are accepted but take up to two weeks to clear. If you pay by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Agora Voyages OPC Pvt. Ltd. Please note that electronic payments may take up to 2 business days to process. If you are paying by this method you will need to pay at least 2 business days prior to the actual due date. You must notify your consultant of your payment once it has been made. Where you pay by cheque, you agree not to stop payment of the cheque even when you cancel a booking. You agree that we may apply the proceeds of the cheque to satisfy any liability you have to us, including any liability in respect of cancellation fees, before refunding the balance to you. Travel documents will not be issued until full payment with cleared funds is received.
Certain taxes are mandatory. There may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports. All taxes are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
Cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Fees will also apply where a booking is changed or tickets or other travel documents are re-issued. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge. Please note that we are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier.
Agora Voyages OPC Pvt. Ltd. uses four different cancellation policies, depending on the specific tour or activity you choose. Please be sure to verify which one is applicable to your chosen tour/ activities prior to confirming your booking.
Our same day tours and activities in India carry our standard policy. Travelers may cancel bookings for these up to 24 hours in advance.
Our multi-day tour in India carry our strict policy. Travelers may cancel up to 30 days before the tour start date to receive a full refund, between 29-15 days to receive a 50% refund, and between 14-3 days to receive a 30% refund. No refunds will be given after that time period.
