Day 1: Arrive Delhi

Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you with the transfer to your hotel. After breakfast and some rest, embark on a city tour of Delhi. Explore the bustling streets of Old Delhi, including the iconic Red Fort, Jama Masjid, and Chandni Chowk. In New Delhi, visit famous landmarks such as India Gate, Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar, and the Lotus Temple. Experience the vibrant blend of history, culture, and modernity that Delhi has to offer.

 

Day 2: Delhi - Indore

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Indore. Upon arrival in Indore, meet your driver and proceed to visit Omkareshwar, one of the 12 Jyotirlinga temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated on an island in the Narmada River, this temple holds great religious significance. Afterward, return to Indore and check in at your hotel for an overnight stay.

 

Day 3: Indore - Bhopal (250kms)

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Bhopal, the capital city of Madhya Pradesh. En route, visit Ujjain's Mahakaleshwar Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas and a prominent pilgrimage site for Lord Shiva devotees. Upon arrival in Bhopal, check in at your hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

 

Day 4: Bhopal

Start the day with an early morning visit to the Bhoj Wetland, a Ramsar site known for its rich avian diversity. Witness the beauty of various bird species in their natural habitat. Afterward, embark on an excursion to Bhimbetka, an archaeological site famous for its rock shelters adorned with prehistoric cave paintings. Continue to Bhojpur and explore the stunning 11th-century Bhojeshwar Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Return to Bhopal for an overnight stay.

 

Day 5: Bhopal - Khajuraho (376kms)

Day 7: Prayagraj - Varanasi (120kms)

Day 9: Varanasi - Bodhgaya (250kms)

After breakfast, drive to Bodhgaya, a significant Buddhist pilgrimage site. Upon arrival, visit the Mahabodhi Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the place where Gautam Buddha attained enlightenment. Explore the temple complex, meditate under the Bodhi Tree, and soak in the tranquil atmosphere. Also, visit the Great Buddha Statue, the Tibetan Monastery, Burmese Temple, Chinese Temple, and Monastery, as well as other monastic establishments representing different Buddhist traditions. In the afternoon, embark on an excursion to Gaya and visit the Vishnupad Mandir and other prominent temples. Return to Bodhgaya for an overnight stay.

 

Day 10: Bodhgaya - Deoghar (235kms)

Afterward, proceed to Patna for an overnight stay or continue the journey to Delhi, depending on your preference.

 

Day 12: Delhi - Departure

After breakfast, if you are in Patna, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be transferred to the international airport for your onward departure, marking the end of this memorable tour.
