9:00 AM: Pick up from your hotel in Nagpur and embark on a full day excursion to visit Ramtek Fort and Temples. The journey from Nagpur to Ramtek is approximately 50 kilometers and takes about one hour by car.
10:00 AM: Arrive at Ramtek Fort, a historical fort that was built during the 18th century. Explore the fort's ruins, learn about its history, and take in the scenic beauty of the area. The fort offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills and forests. The fort is believed to have been built by the Gond rulers and later conquered by the Bhonsle dynasty.
11:30 AM: Visit the Ramtek Temple, a famous Hindu temple that is dedicated to Lord Rama. The temple is said to be one of the oldest and holiest temples in the region and attracts a large number of devotees every year. It is believed that Ramtek was the place where Rama, the Hindu god, rested while he was in exile. According to Hindu history, the ashram of the Hindu sage Agastya was situated close to Ramtek. While the sages performed religious rites, the demons used to disrupt their activities and slayed holy men. Rama was distressed to hear about this, and took a vow to relieve the world from the demons. The present temple is believed to have been built by Raghuji Bhonsale, the Maratha ruler of Nagpur in the 18th century after his victory over the fort of Deogarh in Chindwara. The temple has an elevation of 345 meters from land and is believed to be 600 years old. It is most famed for the 350 feet long and unique OM structure that is adorned with description.

2:00 PM: Visit the ancient Jain Temple, which is located in the hills of Ramtek. The temple is famous for its various ancient statues of Jain Tirthankara. The main idol of Shantinatha, the sixteenth Tirthankar has a legend associated with it. The temple is said to be over 800 years old and is one of the important Jain temples in the region.
3:30 PM: Depart from Ramtek and head back to Nagpur.
