Day 1: Arrive Kolkata

Upon arrival at Kolkata Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Kolkata, once the capital of British India, is known for its colonial architecture and cultural vibrancy.
After checking in and resting, explore Park Street, a bustling area famed for its colonial-era buildings, lively restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The street is a testament to Kolkata’s rich blend of historical and modern influences.


Day 2: Kolkata

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before setting out to explore Kolkata.

Day 4: Darjeeling

Begin with breakfast before heading out early to witness the sunrise from Tiger Hill. The view of the sun illuminating the snow-capped peaks of Kanchenjunga is a breathtaking spectacle.
Visit Ghoom Monastery, a significant Tibetan Buddhist monastery with a peaceful atmosphere. The monastery houses a 15-foot statue of the Maitreya Buddha and is a center of spiritual learning.

Day 7: Gangtok

Day 10: Guwahati - Kaziranga National Park (200kms)

Day 12: Kaziranga National Park - Majuli (150kms)

After breakfast, drive to Nimati Ghat and take a ferry to Majuli, the world’s largest river island located in the Brahmaputra River.
Transfer to your lodge in Majuli and check in.
Explore Majuli’s unique cultural heritage by visiting the Vaishnavite Satras (monastic institutions). These satras are known for their traditional dance performances, music, and art forms.
Interact with the local Mishing tribe to learn about their lifestyle, customs, and traditional crafts. The island’s cultural diversity and traditional practices provide a rich cultural experience.


Day 13: Majuli - Jorhat (40kms)

Bid farewell to Majuli and take a ferry back to Nimati Ghat.

Day 14: Jorhat - Kolkata (Flight)

Enjoy breakfast before transferring to the airport for your flight back to Kolkata.
Upon arrival in Kolkata, you may choose to explore more of the city’s cultural delights or relax before continuing your onward journey.
If time permits, visit New Market for last-minute shopping or explore additional local attractions such as the Marble Palace, an exquisite mansion with a vast collection of art and antiques.
