Day 1: Arrive Mumbai

Upon arrival in Mumbai, check in to your hotel and spend the day at your leisure.

 

Day 2: Mumbai

Explore the bustling city of Mumbai, visiting landmarks such as the Gateway of India, Victoria Terminus, and the Crawford Market. Take a scenic drive along Marine Drive, and visit the iconic Chowpatty Beach. In the evening, enjoy a cruise on Mumbai Harbour to see the city skyline.

 

Day 3: Mumbai – Goa (flight)

Fly to Goa, a coastal state famous for its sandy beaches, colonial architecture, and spicy cuisine. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

 

Day 4: Goa

Spend the day exploring the charming colonial town of Panaji and the neighboring beaches, such as Baga and Anjuna. Visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Fort Aguada, a 17th-century Portuguese fort.

 

Day 5: Goa - Badami (184km)

Drive to Badami, a town in the northern part of Karnataka known for its ancient cave temples. En route, visit the 16th-century Portuguese-built church in Old Goa and the Mahadeva Temple in Tambdi Surla.

 

Day 6: Badami

Explore the cave temples of Badami, which were carved out of red sandstone cliffs in the 6th century. Visit the Badami Fort and the nearby villages of Pattadakal and Aihole, which are known for their ancient temples and monuments.

 

Day 7: Badami - Hampi (180km)

Day 11: Mysore - Bangalore (140km)

Day 12: Bangalore

Day 13: Bangalore – Cochin (flight)

Day 14: Cochin - Munnar (130km)

Day 15: Munnar

After breakfast, spend the day exploring more of Munnar's natural beauty. Visit the tea plantations and learn about the tea-making process. Stop at Mattupetty Dam for scenic views and a boat ride on the reservoir. Visit the Kundala Lake and Echo Point for more stunning views of the surrounding hills. Return to the hotel for the night.

 

Day 16: Munnar - Thekkady (110km)

After breakfast, drive to Thekkady. Check-in to the hotel and relax for a while. In the afternoon, visit Periyar National Park, a famous wildlife sanctuary and tiger reserve. Take a boat ride on the Periyar Lake to spot animals and birds. Return to the hotel for the night.

 

Day 17: Thekkady - Alleppey (130km)

After breakfast, drive to Alleppey. Check-in to a houseboat and enjoy the backwaters of Kerala. Pass through small canals and lagoons while enjoying the picturesque views of the countryside. Lunch and dinner will be served on the houseboat.

 

Day 18: Alleppey - Kovalam (160km)

After breakfast on the houseboat, disembark and drive to Kovalam. Check-in to the hotel and spend the day relaxing on the beach. Enjoy the sunset and the various water sports activities available. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 19: Kovalam - Cape Camorin - Kovalam (80kms one way)

After breakfast, take a day trip to Cape Camorin, the southernmost point of the Indian mainland. Visit the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and the Thiruvalluvar Statue, both situated on a small island off the coast. Enjoy the scenic views of the Arabian Sea and Indian Ocean meeting. Return to Kovalam for the night.

 

Day 20: Kovalam

After breakfast, spend the day exploring Kovalam. Visit the famous Padmanabhaswamy Temple, the Napier Museum, and the Kovalam Art Gallery. Relax on the beach and enjoy the various water sports activities available. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 21: Kovalam - Trivandrum / Departure

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to Trivandrum airport for your onward journey.
