Day 1: Vadodara – Champaner – Jambughoda Wildlife Sanctuary (75 kms / 2 hrs)

Morning pickup from hotel, airport, or railway station in Vadodara followed by a scenic drive towards Jambughoda Wildlife Sanctuary. The route passes through charming countryside landscapes, traditional villages, and agricultural regions of Gujarat, offering a glimpse into the rural lifestyle of the state.

En route, visit Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its fascinating blend of Hindu and Islamic architecture. Explore ancient mosques, historic gateways, stepwells, and archaeological ruins located amidst the scenic hills of Pavagadh.

After the heritage visit, continue driving to Jambughoda. Upon arrival, check in at the forest resort and spend time relaxing amidst the peaceful natural surroundings. The sanctuary region is known for its dense teak forests, rolling hills, rich birdlife, and wildlife species including antelopes, hyenas, wild boars, and sloth bears.

Day 2: Jambughoda Forest Excursion – Kada Dam – Zand Hanuman – Vadodara

After breakfast at the resort, begin a guided exploration of the forest region around Jambughoda. Enjoy nature trails or forest drives through scenic landscapes filled with teak trees, small hills, and diverse bird species. The calm atmosphere and untouched surroundings make the sanctuary a wonderful destination for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts.

Later, proceed to Kada Dam, a tranquil reservoir surrounded by forests and green hills. Spend time enjoying the fresh air, peaceful ambiance, and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
