Option 1: Early Morning Nature Experience & Heritage

Your day begins early with a pick-up from your hotel in Ahmedabad, followed by a scenic drive to Nal Sarovar Bird Sanctuary, one of India’s largest inland wetland reserves. Arriving early allows you to witness the sanctuary at its most active.
Enjoy a traditional boat ride across the shallow waters of Nal Sarovar, which is the main birding experience here. As you glide through the lake, observe a rich variety of migratory and resident birds such as flamingos, pelicans, cranes, herons, storks, and ducks. The peaceful surroundings, open skies, and rhythmic sounds of birds create a memorable wildlife experience.
After completing the boat ride and birdwatching session, continue with a drive to a local restaurant for lunch and relaxation. Post lunch, proceed to Lothal, one of the most significant archaeological sites of the Indus Valley Civilization.
