Embark on a private tour of Mumbai that takes you to some of the city's most iconic landmarks and hidden gems. Starting with a visit to the Gateway of India and a ferry ride to Elephanta Island, you'll explore the ancient Elephanta Caves and the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya museum. You'll also get to witness the local way of life at Dhobi Ghat, before exploring the colorful Kala Ghoda Art district. The tour ends with a visit to the iconic Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus railway station before being dropped off back at your hotel in South Mumbai.
8:00am - Pick up from your hotel in South Mumbai by a private air-conditioned car and drive to the Gateway of India. En route, your guide will provide an overview of the city's history and culture.
8:30am - Arrive at the Gateway of India and board a ferry to Elephanta Island. The ferry ride takes approximately an hour, and you'll be able to enjoy views of Mumbai's skyline as you approach the island.
9:30am - Upon arrival at Elephanta Island, you'll visit the Elephanta Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that dates back to the 5th and 6th centuries. Your guide will provide insights into the history and significance of the station.
7:00pm - Return to your hotel in South Mumbai by private car. Your guide will bid you farewell and answer any last-minute questions you may have about your Mumbai tour.
