Day 1: Bagdogra - Darjeeling (62kms)

On arrival at Bagdogara airport, you will be transferred to Darjeeling. Check-in at the hotel and rest for a while. Darjeeling is known as the "Queen of the Hills" and is famous for its Victorian architecture, tea gardens, and stunning views of the Himalayas. Spend the rest of the day exploring the Mall, a famous shopping area in Darjeeling. Overnight at hotel.


Day 2: Darjeeling

Get up early in the morning (around 4 am) and proceed to Tiger Hill to witness the sunrise over the Kangchenjunga and Everest peaks. On the way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, Ropeway viewpoint, Tibetans Refuge Center (closed on Sunday), Happy Valley Tea Garden (outer view), and Lloyd Botanical Garden. Take a toy train ride on the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the Choling and Darli Buddhist monasteries in a Tibetan village. The evening is free for shopping and exploring the market. Overnight at hotel.


Day 3: Darjeeling - Pelling (75kms)

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Pelling. Check-in at the hotel and rest for a while. Later, visit the Pemayangtse Monastery, one of the oldest and premier monasteries in the region. Explore the Rabdentse Ruins, an ancient historical site surrounded by dense forest. Visit the Tashiding Monastery, a sacred place for the Nyingma sect of Tibetan Buddhism located on top of a hill between the Rathong chu and the Rangeet River. Also, visit the Sanga Choeling Monastery, built-in Tibetan style of architecture, and Rimbi Waterfalls, a beautiful place to relax and enjoy quality time. Overnight at hotel.


Day 4: Pelling - Gangtok (120kms)

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Gangtok via NH 31A passing through Temi, Taraku, Singtam, Rangpo & Ranipool. The journey is surrounded by lush green forests and tea gardens with an eye-catching picturesque view. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and rest for a while. Overnight at hotel.


Day 5: Gangtok

After breakfast, visit the Rumtek Monastery, a three-story high standout and the most important and noteworthy monastery of the Black Hat sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Visit the Bakthang Waterfall, an eye-catching attraction flowing from Ratey Chu that creates a soothing environment. Then proceed to the Tashi Viewpoint to observe the glorious snow peaks of the Himalayas. Visit the Ganesh Tok, an ancient temple of Lord Ganesha, and the Enchey Monastery, a 200-year-old monastery that was initially established as a small gompa by a tantric artist and renowned exponent among highlander Buddhists, Lama Drupthob Karpo. Visit the Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom and The Mall. Overnight at hotel.


Day 6: Gangtok - Kalimpong (75kms)

After breakfast at the hotel, we'll drive to Kalimpong, a beautiful hill station located on a ridge above the Teesta River. On arrival, we'll check-in at the hotel and later embark on a city tour of Kalimpong. We'll visit the MacFarlane Memorial Church, named after a Scottish missionary who worked in the area, and Dr. Graham's Homes, a school and orphanage founded by another Scottish missionary. We'll also visit the Durpin Monastery, which houses sacred Buddhist scriptures, and the Deolo Park, which offers stunning views of the town and surrounding hills. Additionally, we'll visit the Thongsa Gompa, the oldest monastery in Kalimpong, and the Zong Dog Palri Fo-Brang Gompa, a monastery famous for its Tibetan wall paintings and its school of Tibetan medicine. Overnight at the hotel in Kalimpong.


Day 7: Kalimpong - Bagdogra (75kms)

After breakfast, we'll check out from the hotel and drive to Bagdogra airport for our flight to onward destination. This marks the end of our tour.
