Day 1: Arrival in Colombo - Negombo (Approx. 10 km)

Your Sri Lankan journey begins at Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo. Upon arrival, your guide warmly welcomes you and escorts you to Negombo. This coastal town offers a fascinating mix of culture and history. After checking into your hotel, take some time to explore. You might wander through the vibrant fish market, stroll along the pristine beach, or simply relax and soak in the local atmosphere.


Day 2: Negombo - Dambulla - Sigiriya (Approx. 160 km)

After a hearty breakfast, set off for Dambulla. Here, you'll visit the renowned Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Marvel at the intricate rock cave paintings and impressive Buddha statues that adorn this ancient temple complex. Following this, your journey continues to Sigiriya. You'll climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, known for its ancient frescoes and panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. To add a touch of authentic Sri Lankan charm, enjoy a bullock cart ride through a local village before settling in for the night in Sigiriya.


Day 3: Sigiriya - Polonnaruwa - Minneriya - Sigiriya (Approx. 100 km)

Kick-start your day with an early visit to Polonnaruwa, another UNESCO World Heritage site. Wander through the well-preserved archaeological ruins, including the Royal Palace, Gal Vihara, and the Sacred Quadrangle, which offer a glimpse into Sri Lanka's rich history and culture. Later in the afternoon, gear up for an exciting jeep safari in Minneriya National Park. Day 4: Sigiriya - Kandy (Approx. 90 km)

Day 5: Kandy - Nuwara Eliya (Approx. 76 km)

Depart Kandy in the morning and head towards Nuwara Eliya, often referred to as "Little England" due to its colonial-era architecture and cool climate. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to visit a tea plantation and factory. Here, you'll learn about the art of tea-making and enjoy a refreshing cup of Ceylon tea. Upon arrival in Nuwara Eliya, take a leisurely stroll around Gregory Lake and soak in the scenic beauty of the lush green hills and misty mountains that surround the area. Spend the night in Nuwara Eliya, where the crisp mountain air promises a restful sleep.


Day 6: Nuwara Eliya - Yala (Approx. 180 km)

After breakfast, continue your journey to Yala National Park, one of Sri Lanka's premier wildlife destinations. Embark on an exciting jeep safari through the park's diverse landscapes, ranging from dense forests to open grasslands. Day 7: Yala - Galle - Colombo (Approx. 300 km)
