Day 1: Bangalore to Hampi (350kms)
Your journey begins with a hotel pickup in Bangalore, followed by a scenic 350-kilometer drive through Karnataka’s picturesque landscapes. En route, stop at Chitradurga Fort, a 17th-century marvel that showcases the military architecture, bastions, gates, temples, and reservoirs built by the Nayakas and Palegars. Explore its sprawling courtyards and panoramic viewpoints, gaining insight into the region’s strategic significance. Continue your journey to Hampi, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its captivating ruins and stunning landscapes. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and spend the evening relaxing or taking a leisurely stroll around the local area.

Day 2: Hampi Heritage Tour
After breakfast, embark on a full-day exploration of Hampi, delving into the grandeur of the Vijayanagara Empire. Begin with the iconic Virupaksha Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, and marvel at its impressive architecture and spiritual ambiance. Wander through Hampi Bazaar, experiencing the vibrant culture and local handicrafts. Visit the Vittala Temple Complex, famous for its stone chariot and musical pillars, followed by Hazara Rama Temple with detailed bas-reliefs depicting the Ramayana. Explore Achyutaraya Temple, the Underground Shiva Temple, Sasivekalu Ganesha Temple, and the Elephant Stable, each offering unique insights into the history, art, and architecture of the region. Day 3: Hampi to Bangalore Return (350kms)
After a hearty breakfast, check out from your hotel and begin the scenic drive back to Bangalore. Reflect on the rich cultural heritage and architectural marvels you have explored over the past two days. The journey offers picturesque landscapes and glimpses of rural Karnataka along the way. Upon reaching Bangalore, our tour concludes with a drop-off at your hotel or the airport. Carry with you the memories of Hampi’s historical splendor, vibrant culture, and awe-inspiring monuments.
