Day 1: Arrive Ahmedabad

Upon your arrival at Ahmedabad airport, our representative will meet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Take some time to relax and unwind after your journey.

 

Day 2: Ahmedabad City Tour

After breakfast, embark on a full-day city tour of Ahmedabad. Visit the Sabarmati Ashram, a place of historical significance associated with Mahatma Gandhi. Explore the Jama Masjid, one of the oldest mosques in the city, and admire its intricate architecture. Discover the beautifully carved Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, known for its famous "Tree of Life" Jali (lattice) work. Explore the Adalaj Stepwell, a stunning example of ancient Indian architecture.

 

Day 3: Ahmedabad - Dasada (260kms)

After breakfast, drive to Dasada. En route, visit the magnificent Modhera Sun Temple, an architectural masterpiece dedicated to the sun god. Marvel at the intricate carvings and the stunning sun-shaped sanctum. Continue your journey to Dasada and check in at the hotel. In the evening, visit the Rani ki Vav stepwell, a UNESCO World Heritage site, known for its intricate sculptures and elaborate design.

 

Day 4: Dasada - Rajkot (160kms)

Early morning, embark on a thrilling safari in the Little Rann of Kutch, a unique and vibrant ecosystem that is home to the endangered Asiatic wild ass and various bird species. Explore the vast salt marshes and encounter other wildlife species that inhabit this region. After the safari, return to the hotel for breakfast and then drive to Rajkot. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. In the afternoon, visit the Watson Museum, Rotary Dolls Museum, and the Kaba Gandhi No Delo, the childhood residence of Mahatma Gandhi.

 

Day 5: Rajkot - Dwarka (225kms)

Day 6: Dwarka - Somnath (230kms)

After breakfast, drive to Somnath. En route, visit the coastal town of Porbandar, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. Explore the Kirti Mandir, a memorial dedicated to Gandhi, and the Sudama Temple, associated with Lord Krishna's childhood friend. Continue your journey to Somnath and check in at the hotel. In the evening, visit the famous Somnath Temple, a revered shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, and admire the captivating architecture. Also, explore the Paanch Pandav Caves and Suraj Mandir.

 

Day 7: Somnath - Diu (80kms)

After breakfast, drive to Diu, a beautiful coastal town known for its serene beaches and historical attractions. Check in at the hotel and relax. Later, embark on a sightseeing tour of Diu, visiting popular landmarks such as Diu Fort, St. Paul's Church, Naida Caves, and Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple. Enjoy leisure time in the evening to relax on the beach and soak in the coastal vibes.

 

Day 8: Diu - Bhavnagar (225kms)

After breakfast, drive to Bhavnagar. En route, visit the Palitana Temples, an important pilgrimage site for Jains. Climb the 3,950 steps spanning 3.5 km up the Shatrunjaya Hills to explore the 865 beautifully crafted Jain temples. Marvel at the intricate architecture and enjoy panoramic views from the hilltop. Afterward, continue your drive to Bhavnagar. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

 

Day 9: Bhavnagar - Ahmedabad (175kms)

After breakfast, drive to Ahmedabad. En route, visit the archaeological remains of the Harappa Port-Town at Lothal, a significant site of the ancient Indus Valley Civilization. Explore the well-preserved ruins, including the dockyard, acropolis, and the famous Lothal Dock, believed to be the world's oldest tidal dock. Continue your drive to Ahmedabad and drop off at the airport to board your flight for onward destination.
